The fluoridation of public drinking water supplies is purported to reduce cavities. Dental and public health officials are always saying caries (cavities) is a disease–which it is. Fluoride (F) then is a drug –by FDA definition. But fluoride is not FDA approved. More than a dozen federal agencies and dental advocacy and trade associations tout that fluoride is safe and effective. However, it is not safe or effective–as hundreds of independent studies have shown over the decades. Since it cannot be shown that F is safe for everyone the claim of its safety and effectiveness is a false claim—punishable under federal and state laws with civil and criminal penalties, including personal liabilities. The health damages affects blacks and Hispanics more than “white folks”, as Dr. Marcus puts it.

This one-hour film explains the politics (policy) of F water. The policy must be protected and detractors must be silenced and discredited.  Recycling an industrial toxic waste saves billions of dollars and billions of dollars are spent in PR campaigns and in developing well-funded, sophisticated propaganda machinery like Healthy Kids Healthy Portland. It is was I call a Sacred Secret. Why? Because there is unlimited liabilities for those water suppliers, chemical companies, trade associations such as AMA, ADA and AAP, and state and federal agencies and their numerous “non-profits” and consultants who are recommending and requiring F. There are trillions in liabilities (more than asbestos and tobacco combined) because they should have known and many of them know that this long-term, unmonitored experiment has serious side effects for many. This legally puts them in the category of criminal activity and legal conspiracy. I can think of more than half-dozen federal environmental statutes and regulations, including international codes and codes of ethics that are being violated by adding F chemicals to drinking water. Should this become better known in the general public, and this is increasing rapidly, or if a case against F wins in a federal or state court (as it has in many city councils), the entire public trust in the government health programs will disintegrate even more-so– including their most sacred vaccination programs.

I can identify with Dr. William Marcus, former chief toxicologist for EPA. I can identify with the 1800 other EPA scientists who have wanted it banned for over 20 years. I know how I was treated at the local health department (where I worked until recently) after I suggested (and then insisted), as my sworn code of profession ethics policy and internal ethics policy dictated, that official warnings be published locally to mothers of infants and pregnant women of the hazards of F –as CDC and ADA has warned. Even though all of the hard-copy and links were given for the CDC and ADA warnings and independent studies, all of a sudden my 40-year career in environmental, health and safety and professional licensure made me unqualified to recommend a warning because “fluoridation is in the top ten greatest public health achievements in the 20^th century”.

The first signs of fluoride overdose is spots on the teeth–some white spots and some brown and pitted–called fluorosis. In 2011, CDC reported this affects 42 percent of all teenagers and 4% of all teenagers have moderate to serious cases. This is up from 30% in 2000 and from 20% in 1990. I believe, unless those that are  pro-choice on fluoridation better organize, fluoride overdose will be visible in 100% of children. Will public health authorities and their corporate partners and consultants do nothing then too?

You will see a 5^th grader explain their class project over several months where they researched fluoride and determined it was hazardous to health. She and her entire class even conducted experiments and made posters and buttons. Drugs called Tamiflu are chemicals (ethyl (3R,4R,5S)-5-amino-4-acetamido-3-(pentan-3-yloxy)-cyclohex-1-ene-1-carboxylate) that are said to prevent flu or treat the flu. This CDC-approved and recommended-for-all chemotherapy has been shown to cause more vomiting and diarrhea.  Roche, the maker, has refused to release the data from studies on the effectiveness of Tamiflu to independent researchers for over three years.

Chemotherapy? Yes, according to the medical definition at dictionary.com (and others), chemotherapy is the treatment of disease by means of chemicals that have a specific toxic effect upon the disease-producing microorganisms or that selectively destroy cancerous tissue. So technically this is what Tamiflu therapy is.

Prevention? If you were given a $120 dollar bottle of mints and told it would prevent the flu– it would seem to work 90% of the time. This is because, on average, you already have a 90% chance of not getting the flu, give or take. If you still get the flu you are told you were infected before starting the therapy but the mints have made your flu milder than it would have been. You may be told a few people will still get the flu during or after eating the mints because mints are  not 100% effective, but if you don’t take it you have no protection at all.

Treatment? Let’s say you have the flu already for a couple days . CDC says to hurry in as soon as flu-like symptoms appear. The doctor gives you the mints and tells you will eventually feel better and the flu will go away. Sure enough you recover. You will start to feel better the next day or two–as would with folks who just stayed home, rested and drank plenty of water.

But Tamiflu are not mints, they are a drug– and all drugs have side effects. However it does appear you will be better off taking mints rather than Tamiflu.

What are the Benefits of Tamiflu?

The Tami in Tamiflu is of Japanese origin, and the meaning of Tami is “let people see benefit”.  So, let’s look at the benefits of ethyl (3R,4R,5S)-5-amino-4-acetamido-3-(pentan-3-yloxy)-cyclohex-1-ene-1-carboxylate.

The extract of the Roche report below shows 1 to 12 year olds being treated with Tamiflu for flu have about the same symptoms as those taking a placebo (sugar pill)– except 70% more kids were vomiting after Tamiflu than taking nothing (an increase from 9% to 15% is a 70% increase–not 6%) of the kids.  Five times more children taking Tamiflu for flu prevention had vomiting and four times more kids had nausea than those who took nothing. In other words, Tamiflu makes kids sicker.

Even so, CDC recommends that infants as young as two weeks receive Tamiflu and they are clear that Tamiflu is not a substitute for flu vaccines and that flu vaccinations should be taken also.

What about the adverse reactions for teenagers and adults? According to their own clinical trial, the group being treated for flu has nearly 2x the nausea, 3x the vomiting and about the same other flu symptoms as those taking nothing (except for a little less diarrhea). Those taking Tamiflu for 5 weeks as recommended for flu prevention had 2x more had nausea, 2x more had vomiting, 2x more had stomach pains and 50% more had diarrhea than those taking nothing. In other words, Tamiflu made them sicker.

The Roche report states no studies have been conducted on the safety of Tamiflu for pregnant women or fetuses and is not to be taken (unless the doctor decides the benefits outweigh the risks). Yet CDC says that pregnant women should rush out and take it at the first signs of flu.

CDC explains that onset of mental conditions, brain swelling and death may occur after taking Tamiflu but assures us that the cause has not been established. We are further assured that most of these cases have only been seen in Japan.

How effective is Tamiflu in preventing or treating the flu? There are no statements or data given concerning its effectiveness on the Roche report. A search of the CDC website did not show anything regarding how well it works. According to  this report on a British Medical Journal article, Roche has refused to hand over clinical trial data on the effectivess of Tamiflu. Quote,

In 2009, the BMJ and researchers at the Nordic Cochrane Centre asked Roche to make all its Tamiflu data available. At the time, Cochrane Centre scientists were commissioned by Britain to evaluate flu drugs. They found no proof that Tamiflu reduced the number of complications in people with influenza. As of January 2013 the data has not been released to them.

Roche is also being investigated by the European Medicines Agency for not properly reporting side effects, including possible deaths, for 19 drugs including Tamiflu that were used in about 80,000 patients in the U.S.

The two brief videos (one is a BBC headline news broadcast from 2009 when this deception was uncovered and the other is a doctor and nurse produced last month).

Why doesn’t the Department of Health and Human Services, the CDC or FDA put a stop to all this? Because some of those in the top echelons of these agencies are in on the fraud and are hiding under the false motto of transparency and ethics in government– just like the vaccination programs.

It is encouraging to see this information, which many of our readers have probably known for years, to come out from mainstream media for millions to see.

Why is it we are told that flu shots are not safe for infants under six months—but are safe and necessary for the tiny fetuses?

Vaccinations have triggered autism and learning disabilities in children (several studies are given below). My headline Can Flu Shots Cause Autism? is a counter-punch to the dangerous and misleading news last week implying that flu shots for pregnant women may prevent autism. I don’t want to mislead my readers to think flu vaccines are the sole cause or trigger (not by a long shot) as there are others. For example, the MMR and other vaccines, other non-vaccine related environmental exposures, genetic predisposition, mitochondrial dysfunctions and so forth, along with synergistic and cumulative effects.

Vaccines are not near as safe or effective as our government health authorities have led us to believe. The dangers of the flu are wildly exaggerated being 1500 or so deaths a year according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) data (not 35,000 as touted). These deaths are mainly the elderly with preexisting conditions. Infant deaths amount to about 10 or so per year.

The question the CDC and state/local health departments are afraid to ask (or face) is: Are the inherent and known health risks of the flu shot on pregnant women and their unborn babies (or anyone) are greater than the risk incurred in getting the flu. This same science- and ethics based question can be applied to any vaccine and any disease for any person.

By the way, I am very happy to be back after a 6-month vacation. However, I found that my system had been injected with a PHP virus two weeks ago. After several attempts and with the help of my hosting service, it took three surgeries to find and remove the viruses. New Studies: Can Flu Shots for Pregnant Women Cause Autism?

Last week, a report on “evidence” gleaned from a Danish telephone survey stated that flu contracted by pregnant women may cause autism. It was reported in newspapers and broadcasted worldwide by ABC News (two-minute video below) and others strongly suggesting expectant mothers to get their flu shots. The survey results will be published in December in the American Academy Pediatricians’ journal Pediatrics.  In concert with the broadcast, ill-informed health authorities issued more calls for all pregnant women to get a flu shot. Who is behind all of this?

Not covered by ABC News (and probably any newspaper) was a study of CDCs vaccine adverse reaction data by MIT scientists that was also published last week. It is yet another study that concluded a strong correlation between autism and the MMR vaccine, neurotoxic aluminum additives in vaccines and the use of acetaminophen (Tylenol and others) during pregnancy. We will also examine a Marietta (Ohio) Times article presenting an extremely one-sided story misinforming those in their county with quotes from their local health department.

The Latest Danish Report

The Danish report on a telephone survey released last week reports “. . . our data suggest that maternal influenza infection was associated with a twofold increased risk of infantile autism, prolonged episodes of fever caused a threefold increased risk of infantile autism, and use of various antibiotics during pregnancy were potential risk factors for ASD/infantile autism.” The study will be published in December by the American Academy of Pediatricians’ (AAP) journal Pediatrics.

The report is cited:Atladottir HO, Henriksen TB, Schendel DE, et al. Autism after infection, febrile episodes, and antibiotic use during pregnancy: an exploratory study. Pediatrics 2012 December; 130(6) (Early online publication Nov 12) [Abstract]

These CDC-cited papers show that the principal investigator Dr. Atladottir of the above report co-authored several autism-link studies with CDC-funded scientist Dr. Paul Thorsen. Thorsen is indicted on embezzling $2 million of autism research money, being extradited by a federal court and believed to be hiding out in Denmark. Some of these studies were also published in Pediatrics. Denmark was the place where a study of CDC vaccine-autism data showing a link was doctored (fraudulently changed and reported to show the opposite) as reported by an investigative team of attorney Robert F Kennedy Jr. Denmark is also the place where the autism-mercury-vaccine factor was falsely “disproven” (mercury was reduced in vaccines but autism rates increased—after a mandatory autism reporting registry was in place which obviously would cause an increase in reported autism cases ). Apparently, the new Danish telephone survey was funded by CDC.

The University of Minnesota reported that ” because they assessed so many pregnancy-related variables, they said those findings could have shown up merely by chance, and much more research (read funding) is needed.” One has to question the very large margin of error of the data collected over the telephone—how do expectant mothers remember her temperature 10 or 15 years ago and how long they had the fever. Moreover, they find 342 infantile autism cases out of 90,000 pregnancies. Expectant mothers who got the flu might only account for at about 35 to 50 cases and much fewer would have fevers for a week. Extremely small sample to give such large conclusions.

The actual paper can only be viewed for a period of only 48 hours for $25 at AAPs website. But ABCs Dr. Besser highlights it for us: “Here’s what they found: if a mother reported having flu during pregnancy her risk of having a child with autism increased from 1 to 2 percent. If she reported having fever for seven days the risk went from 1 to 3 percent– so while it’s doubling or tripling — it’s still very small,” said Dr. Besser.

What? Dr. Besser needs schooling: a 1% autism rate is very large and an increase to 2 to 3% (a 2x or 3x increase or 200 to 300% increase) is not small – it is huge. Say there are about 30,000 new autism cases a year in the US— based on this study this extrapolates to 60,000 and 90,000 pe
r year for a lifelong and profound disability—“very small” and “nothing to be concerned with”. (The polio epidemic, by comparison to the actual autism epidemic, was very insignificant.)

The flu and fevers have been around for centuries yet the autism epidemic started to soar only twenty years ago–since the mid 1990s–about the time many more vaccines were added to the schedule. Where are all the autistics from the 1918 flu? – or from the 50s and 60s? There were hardly any at all—certainly not one in 88 today. Did they take Tylenol? Did they give their infants Tylenol to reduce their fevers caused by their vaccinations? Did the investigators asked those that had flu if they had a flu shot that year? Why didn’t they ask about the infants and children’s vaccinations?—they asked about numerous drugs–but not Tylenol or vaccinations.

But ABCs Dr. Besser says the correlation reinforces recommendations that all pregnant women should get the flu shot.

. . . Do Flu Shots Even Work?

The chance of not getting the flu is already 90% on average most years. There is a reason why the flu shot appears to work for people that take them. They may not get the flu in nine years out of ten, the same without the shot. They will most likely say the flu shot is 90% effective.  However, large studies conclude the flu shot does not work well if at all.

The flu shot does not work for babies. In a review of 51 studies involving more than 294,000 children, it was found there was “no evidence that injecting children 6 to 24 months of age with a flu shot was any more effective than a placebo. In children over the age of 2 years, it was effective only 33% of the time in preventing the flu. (“Vaccines for preventing influenza in health children”, The Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, 2008)

Adults are also not protected by flu vaccine. In a review of 48 reports including more than 66,000 adults, “Vaccination of healthy adults only reduced risk of influenza by 6%, and reduced the number of missed work days by less than one day (0.16). It did not change the number of people needing to go to a hospital or take time off work.” (“Vaccines for preventing influenza in healthy adults,” The Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, 2006)

Flu shots do not work for the elderly. In a review of 64 studies over several flu seasons, for elderly living in nursing homes, flu shots were non-significant for preventing the flu. For elderly living in the community, vaccines were not significantly effective against influenza, ILI or pneumonia. (“Vaccines for preventing influenza in the elderly,” The Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, 2006)

Flu Vaccine Manufacturers Warnings

The news was trumpeted that flu may cause more autism, so it was implied that flu shots may prevent autism, “so all the more reason to get a flu shot”.  This is preposterous—especially since safety studies on pregnant women and pre-born babies have not been conducted and effects on the fetus and the reproductive system are unknown.

The Fluzone package insert: “It is also not known whether Fluzone can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman or can affect reproduction capacity.”

Fluarix package insert: “There are, however, no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women” regarding impaired female fertility or harm to the fetus.

From the Fluvirin package insert: “It is also not known whether FLUVIRIN® can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman or can affect reproduction capacity.”

All vaccines have ingredients called neurotoxins (mercury, for example, in multi-dose flu vaccines—and aluminum). It would be impossible for those neurotoxins  not to have some neurological impact on some infants or fetuses In fact, they do in some—immediately or cumulatively—manifesting as autism or other neurological disorders and learning disabilities. Toxicologists are schooled to recognize that a neurotoxin, by definition, will attack the nervous system and the brain.

Last week’s study correlating vaccines with autism

But another study (yet another one– apparently deemed not newsworthy) also published last week gives strong evidence supporting a link between autism, the MMR shot, aluminum in vaccines and acetaminophen (e.g.Tylenol). It uses CDCs own data from the adverse reaction reports (VAERS).

Cited is Seneff S., Davidson R.M., Liu J. Empirical Data Confirm Autism Symptoms Related to Aluminum and Acetaminophen Exposure. Entropy. 2012; 14(11):2227-2253. Download PDF Full-Text [441 KB, Updated Version, uploaded 8 November 2012 16:12 CET]. Conclusion:

“Our results provide strong evidence supporting a link between autism and the aluminum in vaccines. A literature review showing toxicity of aluminum in human physiology offers further support. Mentions of autism in VAERS increased steadily at the end of the last century, during a period when mercury was being phased out, while aluminum adjuvant burden was being increased. Using standard log-likelihood ratio techniques, we identify several signs and symptoms that are significantly more prevalent in vaccine reports after 2000, including cellulitis, seizure, depression, fatigue, pain and death, which are also significantly associated with aluminum-containing vaccines. We propose that children with the autism diagnosis are especially vulnerable to toxic metals such as aluminum and mercury due to insufficient serum sulfate and glutathione. A strong correlation between autism and the MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccine is also observed, which may be partially explained via an increased sensitivity to acetaminophen administered to control fever.”

The Journal previously had introduced a study in an article on the neurotoxicity of aluminum in vaccines. This study was  published in Current Medicinal Chemistry September 2011 on the toxicity of aluminum in vaccines, including the flu vaccine, warns the risks may exceed the intended benefit of the vaccine itself. They conclude:

“Experimental research, however, clearly shows that aluminum adjuvants  have a potential to induce serious immunological disorders in humans. In particular, aluminum in adjuvant form carries a risk for  autoimmunity, long-term brain inflammation and associated neurological complications and may thus have profound and widespread  adverse health consequences.”

Twelve more studies with strongly correlating vaccines with autism

There are fourteen studies that are frequently quoted to support the vaccines-do-not-cause-autism myth. All are poor studies with serious conflicts of interest and low ratings from scientific peers. On the other hand, listed here are twelve good studies with strong correlations. These include babies having had three HepB shots are 9x more likely to have learning diabilities; infants and children receiving a flu shot are 3x more likely to be hospitalized for flu; vaccinated children have 2.5x the autism and 2x the ADHD than unvaccinated; delaying DPT shots by just 2 months reduced asthma by half (when Japan delayed DPT until 2 years, SIDs rates dropped by half).

Should we believe the flu shot to be any safer? Here is another report out today, November 23, 2012 showing 4250% (that is 42 times more)  Increase in Fetal Deaths Reported to VAERS After Flu Shot Given to Pregnant Women. They say:

“Documentation received from the National Coalition of Organized Women (NCOW)  Eileen Dannemann, NCOW’s director, made abundantly clear that despite these figures being known to the CDC, the multiple-strain, inactivated flu vaccine containing mercury (Thimerosal) has once again been recommended to pregnant women as a safe vaccination this season.

Outraged by the CDC’s total disregard for human life, Ms. Dannemann accused the CDC of ‘willful misconduct,’ saying that they are responsible for causing the deaths of thousands of unborn babies. She stated that the CDC deliberately misled the nation’s obstetricians and gynecologists and colluded with the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology (AJOG) to mislead the public by advertising the flu vaccine as a safe vaccine for pregnant women when they knew fully well that it was causing a massive spike in fetal deaths.”

This substantiates an earlier study on the H1N1 experimental vaccine that caused about 4000 miscarriages in the US over and above what would be expected in women not vaccinated for the swine flu in 2009.

Some 2500 families have now been awarded (with some still pending) $2.5 billion by the U.S. vaccine compensation program for vaccines proven to be injurious to their children–and causing autism and autism-like symptoms with some 60 children. The federal vaccine compensation program was set up because vaccine manufacturer’s were given legal protection and are exempt from product liability for vaccine injuries. MORE IN PART 2 on Tuesday.

A lot has transpired in the past few months in the war against raw milk. One of the top 10 goals of the public health system’s program Healthy People 2020 is to stomp out raw milk for 10 million drinkers. In defense of the right to choose your own foods, fresh milk drinkers now rally, debate, summon the sheriff, make movies, refuse licensing and visits from health agencies, write in internet blogs  and letters to editors. A dangerous drink in the US, raw milk in Europe is enjoyed from vending machines, farmers markets, in stores and restaurants.

7 Recent Victories for Raw Milk Freedom Advocates

Things can seem really grim in the world of food freedom when farmers and food club members are jailed and squashed for providing fresh milk, while the media continues to spread outright lies about its consumption.

Just when it appears that the force, bans, food destruction, jail time, and deception are too much to handle – the people parry and thrust! In this dark cloud of oppression against health freedom and self-sufficiency, there are indeed some overlooked silver linings. For every bout of extreme force, there is a doubly powerful backlash.

There have been a handful of impressive rallies to defend raided small farms in the last year including the most recent one supporting Vernon Hershberger. Around 300 people showed up at his Wisconsin court hearing and were jam packed into the courtroom and basement during proceedings.

He refused to have a hearing without his own camera rolling and would not accept offers for settlement, i.e. reduced punishment for accepting guilt for four misdemeanors. The pressure from the crowd, his gentle constancy, and his recordings may have led the judge to rethink the call of prosecutors to punish him for violating bail terms. His trial date has been pushed to September.

The attendees and Hershberger signed a Declaration of Food Independence and went to a workshop to learn about standing up to food and farm tyranny.

The education and action always proves useful. For instance, Jackie Ownes, the DATCP inspector carrying out action against Hershberger calls herself a judge, but has no sworn oath on file and therefore, no real judicial authority. The rally organizers are suing her for fraud and misrepresentation.

Over 200 law enforcement personnel attended the first Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association convention in early February. Sheriff Brad Rogers received an award for “Meritorious Valor” and overwhelming applause for standing up to the feds attacking farmer David Hochstetler.

Rogers of Indiana bravely stood his ground and kept his oath knowing there would be sparks. He promised to protect Hochstetler who was subpoenaed in December for distributing raw milk.

He wrote the Justice Department attorney that if anyone came back to the farm without a signed search warrant, they would be “removed for trespassing.” They puffed back that they have federal jurisdiction via the Supremacy Clause, but he reminded them about the Constitution.

The Department of Justice removed its subpoena. This is what happens when constitutional sheriffs exercise their authority to protect their turf from federal bully overreach.

A step in the right direction, Harvard’s Food Law Society invited some of the biggest players in the politically incorrect food freedom movement to speak openly in a debate.

In the February debate below, Sally Fallon of Weston A. Price foundation and author David Gumpert spoke first about raw milk’s benefits, the deceptions, and the extreme government crackdown on farmers. Stark opponents to raw milk, attorney Fred Pritzker and Dr. Heidi Kassenborg spoke after.

Who do you think made the strongest argument?

An old report from a Harvard student makes the connection that the addition of rBGH (hormones) to speed the production of milk from factory farm cows, as well as the practice of milking cows during pregnancy, leads to hormone disruption; and breast, prostate, and testicular cancer.

The resurfacing report from Harvard, lauded by the mainstream, and exposed during the same week as court hearings and CDC warnings (i.e, lies), is quite a punch in the face to the raw milk task force.

The media, including one of the debaters above, like to cite an instance when a raw milk farmer on the news was milking his cow and didn’t realize that some manure had landed on his face — as if that should be the death knell for all unpasteurized products. But, along with the Harvard study, it was also found that pasteurized milk contains, among other things, a speculated 150 times more blood, pus and feces than fresh milk. Does a body good?

In late February, the CDC put out another scary warning espousing the dangers of potential foodborne illness from consuming unpasteurized milk. Conveniently it comes during the midst of farmer court hearings and milk confiscations; also conveniently, it completely skews raw milk data and downplays the dangers of pasteurized milk. They also lied about two deaths from raw milk that were actually tied to eating an illegal cheese.

Just over a hundred people on average become sick from raw milk each year; fewer than sicknesses from pasteurized milk. Milk products in general are low risk; only a few hundred sicknesses out of around 24,000 foodborne illness cases each year. Raw milk sicknesses make up about 0.005 percent of that threat, and the chances of food sickness are 1,300 times higher from eating at a restaurant than from drinking raw milk.

The warning serves as a perfect example of an irrational attack that has nothing to do with food safety — but the wool is lifting from people’s eyes.

Other countries and cultures must look upon America’s raging War on Milk with bafflement. For thousands of years and now, people have consumed raw milk without incident.

In Europe, you can grab fresh milk from vending machines – the government often pays the vendors to provide their wares.

Recently, a woman undertook a rigorous 90-day raw milk fast to rid her body of Lyme disease. She uncovered old Mayo Foundation documents from the early 1900s applying raw milk fasts to serious diseases at the time such as Tuberculosis.

Don’t mess with the Raw Milk Freedom Riders! In November, strong moms and others joined a caravan of raw milk trucks and defiantly drove it back and forth over state lines in protest of the FDA’s strict interstate bans. President of the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund FTCLDF, said, “How do you know when we’ve got a bad law? When thousands of otherwise law abiding citizens are breaking it on a weekly basis.”

Last year, a study showed that kids who drink raw milk have 40 percent less asthma and allergies than others. Raw milk has shown curative effects for asthma, a serious condition that kills 5,500 people each year.

In June, a female endurance cycling team powered by raw milk broke speed records records in their bracket, previously held by men. The Raw Milk Cats were in their fifties and sped completely across the country in six days. Body builders are also loving the use of raw milk for better protein assimilation.

What seems like an irrational attempt to stomp out any remnant of the radical 9 million or more raw milk drinkers only serves to make people question – why??

More than likely, all the buzz will intrigue rather than preclude people from trying out America’s most “dangerous” contraband.

I caught a study in January I thought could have been major news–something about how fluoride in the bloodstream reacts with calcium to produce plaque in the interior of the arteries and veins. I could not quite understand the summary and so I just let it pass by. This is why I was happy to get the letter from Dr. Sauerheber to the American Heart Association. I enjoy helping the AHA distribute information you provide for neighbors. As a medical research scientist of many decades, with expertise in cardiovascular science from the University of CA San Diego School of Medicine, I am now writing to help you as well.  Following is a portion of a letter to the FDA describing the fact that industrial fluoride in public water supplies accumulates to 0.21 ppm fluoride ion in the bloodstream, and that fluoride as a calcium chelator  from blood incorporates into atherosclerotic plaque in cardiovascular disease patients, as published last month by the Veterans Administration HealthCare Center, Los Angeles  (http://journals.lww.com/nuclearmedicinecomm/Fulltext/2012/01000/Association_of_vascular_fluoride_uptake_with.3.aspx ).

The softer the water supply with less endogenous calcium, the higher the blood fluoride level is for continuous longterm consumption lifetime. Acute heart block has occurred in people in Hooper Bay, Alaska during an industrial fluoride overfeed in their public water supply.  In research animals, longterm consumption of sub-acute fluoride eventually causes heart muscle weakening due to fluoride incorporation into calcium-rich tissue. Finally, the 140 million Americans who now consume fluoridated water, at only 1 ppm, accumulate fluoride permanently into bone to thousands of mg/kg, which perturbs calcium homeostasis. The data we now have that shows an increased % of cardiovascular deaths according to the % of water systems that are fluoridated in the 50 U.S. states is not surprising (see references on fluoride consumption causing heart muscle weakening in the human being below).

I am asking the American Heart Association to please join us in our effort to halt injections of industrial fluosilicic acid into U.S. public human drinking water. If you also could be so kind as to write in support of this effort to the FDA at the address in the letter below, we would most appreciate it.  Heart disease remains America’s leading killer and there is no chance of this being reversed when Americans are treated with industrial fluoride as though it were an FDA-approved drug, when it has never been FDa approved for ingestion.
