For the third year in a row, the Journal of Natural Food and Health is recognizing the Menu of the Year and the chefs, menu planners and donors of the naturally produced farm food for The Weston A. Price Foundation’s International conference being held this weekend in Dallas. The honors especially goes to the inspirational Sally Fallon-Morrell, the founder of it all. There can be no other conference that serves world-class, traditional foods near this scale. Here is a peek at the menu to be served up . More on the Conference is here, the theme being health and nutrition Mythbusters (there are plenty of myths to be busted). It is not too late to pack your bags for a life-changing experience.
